For that you need an American style two party democracy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one has been better at eating "people's wealth" than "corrupt institutions" in America led by crooked bankers and financiers supported by political gangsters like Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and Chuck Schumer.

 

The world, including China, is full of democracy's blind faithful. Democracy appeals to the least politically developed minds.
